Partial status means we delivered part of your order, but could not deliver the rest. When this happens, the system automatically stops the order and instantly refunds the remaining undelivered amount back to your CrownSMM balance. For example, if you ordered 1,000 followers for $10, and we only delivered 900, your order becomes "Partial" and $1 is refunded to your balance.
Drip Feed is a feature that allows you to build engagement naturally over time instead of all at once. For example, instead of getting 1,000 likes instantly, you can use Drip Feed to send 100 likes every 24 hours for 10 days.
Social media platforms frequently update their algorithms, which can sometimes cause drops. If you purchase a service that includes a "Refill Guarantee" (for example, 30-Day Refill), you are fully covered. If a drop occurs within that time frame, simply click the "Refill" button on your Orders page, and our system will restore the lost amount for free. (Note: Services labeled "No Refill" do not have this guarantee).
The most common reason an order is canceled is because the account is set to Private or the username was changed while the order was active.
